Poached Pears in Red Wine

Cook 30 min

Wash the pears and remove the center of each pear.
Take the pears into a baking form and pour a spoon of sugar into the center of each pear.
Add a pinch of butter on top of the sugar into the pear.
Pour the wine around the pears.
Leave them for 30 minutes in the oven.
