Rose Chicken Pasta

Prep 5 min · Cook 15 min · Serves 2

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast
  • Salt
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic
  • Paprika
  • Onions
  • Tomato paste
  • Cream
  • Pasta
  • Pasta water
  • Parmesan

Steps

  1. Split the chicken breast in half and season with salt, onion, garlic and paprika.
  2. Lay the chicken in a very hot pan and cook for about 5 minutes until done, then remove.
  3. In the same pan, add onions and garlic and stir.
  4. Add tomato paste and cream.
  5. Bring to a simmer, then add pasta water and the pasta.
  6. Let the sauce thicken, top with Parmesan and serve.
