Ingredients

  • Oil
  • Chopped onions
  • Garlic
  • Ground beef
  • Light soy sauce
  • Dark soy sauce
  • Chili powder
  • Mirin
  • Oyster sauce
  • Honey
  • Rice

Steps

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions and garlic.
  2. Make space in the middle and add the ground beef.
  3. Season with light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chili powder, a little mirin, oyster sauce, and a drizzle of honey.
  4. Cook through and serve over rice.
