Vegetable Curry

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cauliflower
  • 4 potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 170 grams peas
  • 75 grams curry paste
  • 50 cl milk
  • 1 spoon butter

Steps

  1. Peel and cut the vegetables.
  2. Cut the carrots and fry them in a wok.
  3. Add the potatoes to the wok.
  4. Add the other vegetables, including zucchini and cauliflower roses, to the wok.
  5. Mix the milk and melted butter in a bowl.
  6. Add the curry paste and stir it into a sauce mixture.
  7. Pour the curry sauce into the wok with the fried vegetables.
  8. Simmer for 25 minutes, stirring from time to time.
  9. Add milk if the vegetables stick to the pan.
