Garlic Butter Ramen with Egg

Ingredients

1 packet instant ramen
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1-2 eggs
Salt
1 tsp everything bagel seasoning
Green onion

Steps

Prepare the ramen according to package directions and drain well.
Heat 1 tbsp butter over medium heat.
Stir in the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, frying over low heat for about 1 minute.
When the garlic is soft, stir in the brown sugar and soy sauce.
Add the drained noodles and toss in the sauce.
Push the noodles to one side, increase the heat, and add the lightly beaten eggs.
Season with salt and everything bagel seasoning.
Garnish with green onion and serve hot.
