  • 2 teaspoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dried thyme (or other herbs)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Ground black pepper

Steps

  1. Lightly pound the thick end of each chicken breast to flatten it slightly, ensuring both breasts are roughly the same size.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and use your hands to ensure it is fully coated.
  3. In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, dried thyme (or other herbs), kosher salt, and ground black pepper.
  4. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the chicken breasts and rub it in with your hands until well coated.
  5. Add the seasoned chicken to the air fryer, placing them presentation side down first.
  6. Set the air fryer temperature to 375°F.
  7. Cook for about seven minutes on the first side.
  8. Flip the chicken breasts and cook for an additional three minutes or more until cooked through (aiming for 160°F internal temperature).
