- 1/8 teaspoon Ground black pepper

- Lightly pound the thick end of each chicken breast to flatten it slightly, ensuring both breasts are roughly the same size.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and use your hands to ensure it is fully coated.
- In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, dried thyme (or other herbs), kosher salt, and ground black pepper.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the chicken breasts and rub it in with your hands until well coated.
- Add the seasoned chicken to the air fryer, placing them presentation side down first.
- Set the air fryer temperature to 375°F.
- Cook for about seven minutes on the first side.
