Brazilian Cheese Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Tapioca flour (or tapioca starch)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 3/4 cups Whole milk
  • 3/4 cup Fresh grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Steps

  1. Spray a muffin pan with cooking oil.
  2. In a food blender or using a whisk attachment, combine the tapioca flour, egg, olive oil, whole milk, fresh grated cheddar cheese, and salt.
  3. Blend or whisk until the mixture is smooth and the cheese is incorporated into the batter.
  4. Pour the batter into the greased muffin pan, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for around 20 minutes.
