  • About 2 tablespoons Flour
  • To taste Chipotle barbecue spice mix

  1. Break down a whole chicken and save the wings.
  2. Place the wings in a bowl.
  3. Hit them with about 2 tablespoons of flour.
  4. Throw the Chipotle barbecue spice mix onto the wings (or use any type of BBQ spice mix).
  5. If your spice mix is salt-free, add some salt to season.
  6. Ensure they have an even flour and spice coating.
  7. Let them sit in the fridge so that seasoning can penetrate a bit and the exterior will dry out for extra crispiness.
  8. Do not overcrowd the air fryer; spread them out nicely (do half at a time).
