- a few Organic eggs
- some Cream
- little bit Salt
- some Freshly cracked black pepper

Steps
- Heat the stock in a Korean earthenware pot over the stovetop.
- In a bowl, crack the organic eggs and whisk them together.
- Whisk in cream, salt, and freshly cracked black pepper until well combined.
- Add green onions, carrots, peppers (or other desired vegetables) to the egg mixture. Continue to whisk.
- When the stock begins to bubble and boil away, stream the egg mixture into the hot stock while continuing to whisk.
- Scramble the center of the egg mixture for about one minute to ensure a fluffy consistency.
- Clamp on the lid and let it steam for 4 to 5 minutes.
