- 300ml/10.15 oz/1.5 cups Cold water
- 1g Dry yeast
- 500g/17.6oz/5 cups Bread flour
- 10g/0.35oz/2 Teaspoons Salt
- 20g/0.7oz/1 Tablespoon Melted butter

Steps
- Mix the cold water, dry yeast, bread flour, and salt with a spoon.
- Add the melted butter and mix until it is distributed in the dough.
- Apply some oil to the surface of the dough.
- Cover the dough and let it rise at room temperature for 8 - 10 hours.
- Fold the dough.
- Divide the dough into 10 pieces, adjusting each piece to an average of 80-85g.
- Turn the dough into meringues.
- Arrange two by two side by side.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Make cuts in the dough.
- Spray water on the dough.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C/428°F for 17-20 minutes.
