Homemade Chicken Shawarma

- Wash the chicken and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Season the chicken with shwarma seasoning, oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the chicken into a preheated oven set at 450°F until fully cooked through (about 25 to 30 minutes).
- While the chicken cooks, make an Israeli salad by mixing cucumbers, tomatoes, and shallots with avocado oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Remove the chicken from the oven and cut it thinly.
- Place the sliced chicken back into the tray along with the Israeli salad ingredients.
- Mix everything together and place it back into the oven to crisp up.
- Before serving, char pitas over a stovetop until smoky and soft.
