One-Pan Mexican Chicken

  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 1 pouch Taco seasoning
  • as needed Oil
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream

Steps

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into cubes and place them in a Ziploc bag.
  2. Add the taco seasoning to the bag, seal it up, and shake until the chicken is completely coated.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add the seasoned chicken.
  4. Fry the chicken for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Stir in the salsa and sour cream into the pan with the cooked chicken.
  6. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for a few minutes.
