Sheet Pan Chicken Thighs with Cranberries and Rosemary

- In a bowl, combine the fresh cranberries, olive oil, maple syrup, garlic, rosemary, and white wine to create a marinade.
- Place the chicken thighs in the marinade. If you have more than four chicken thighs, add extra marinade.
- Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the marinated chicken on a sheet pan and bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
- After 25 minutes, brush the chicken with pure maple syrup.
- Transfer the sheet pan to the broiler. Cook under the broiler for another three to five minutes until the skin is golden brown and crispy.
