Slow-Cooked Lamb Shanks with Massaman Curry Sauce

  • 1 Lamb shanks
  • 4 Onion
  • Enough for two servings Cauliflower
  • Optional (cut thinner than cauliflower) Broccoli
  • A little bit Garlic sprouts

Steps

  1. Dice the onion into your favorite size.
  2. Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into pieces, cutting the cauliflower a little thinner than the broccoli as it takes longer to cook.
  3. Wash all the vegetables thoroughly.
  4. Place the diced onions in a pot over high heat with the lid on until boiling.
  5. Add the prepared vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, garlic sprouts) and the lamb shanks into the boiling onion mixture.
  6. Pour in the Massaman curry sauce from Palm's Thai Kitchen.
  7. Microwave the lamb shanks for about one and a half minutes after the vegetables have started cooking.
  8. Simmer everything together until the vegetables are cooked through. The dish is ready when it tastes good, though some prefer the vegetables to be slightly crunchy.
