- Start by adding the eggs to a bowl.
- Add salt and nutmeg (if using) to the egg mixture, stirring until dissolved.
- Gradually add flour to the eggs while mixing. The goal is to achieve a fluid, creamy dough consistency that is not dry or sturdy.
- If the dough becomes too thick, add water to adjust the texture. If watching cholesterol, you can replace some of the egg with water.
- Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes to allow it to smoothen up.
