- 4 oz Hamburger meat
- 4 oz Sharp cheddar cheese
- To taste Bacon pieces
- 1 tsp Hamburger deluxe seasoning

Steps
- Throw hamburger meat into a bowl.
- Add 4 oz of shredded sharp cheddar cheese and bacon pieces to the bowl.
- Add about 1 teaspoon of hamburger deluxe seasoning.
- Mix all ingredients together with your hands until combined.
- Take small street taco-sized tortillas.
- Spread a little bit of the meat mixture over the entire surface of each tortilla, face down.
- Place the filled tortillas on two sheet pans.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 375°F for about 10 to 15 minutes until cooked through.
- Flip the burgers and sprinkle with cheese so it can melt.
- Serve with desired toppings such as tomato, lettuce, diced onion, pickles, yellow mustard, barbecue sauce, mayo, and ketchup.
