- Heat the cooking oil in a wok or frying pan.
- Sauté the bell pepper until cooked, then set it aside.
- Repeat the same procedure with the carrot.
- Cook the potatoes and set them aside.
- Set aside the remaining oil from the sautéing process to be used later.
- Heat cooking oil in a cooking pot.
- Add minced garlic to the hot oil and mix until fragrant.
- Add onion and cook until soft.
- Add beef (sliced into cubes) and cook until browned.
- Pour in the tomato sauce and water, then mix.
- Add nor beef cube and mix again.
- Cover the pot and let it cook until the beef is completely soft.
- Stir in the liver spread to coat the beef.
- Season with salt and pepper, mixing well.
- Add the cooked carrot and potato, mixing them into the mixture.
- Add red and green bell peppers.
- Cover and cook for a few more minutes.
- Add red pepper flakes to make it spicy, mix, and cook for a few more minutes.
