  • carrot

  • tomato spread
  • sauce
  • onion

Steps

  1. Heat the cooking oil in a wok or frying pan.
  2. Sauté the bell pepper until cooked, then set it aside.
  3. Repeat the same procedure with the carrot.
  4. Cook the potatoes and set them aside.
  5. Set aside the remaining oil from the sautéing process to be used later.
  6. Heat cooking oil in a cooking pot.
  7. Add minced garlic to the hot oil and mix until fragrant.
  8. Add onion and cook until soft.
  9. Add beef (sliced into cubes) and cook until browned.
  10. Pour in the tomato sauce and water, then mix.
  11. Add nor beef cube and mix again.
  12. Cover the pot and let it cook until the beef is completely soft.
  13. Stir in the liver spread to coat the beef.
  14. Season with salt and pepper, mixing well.
  15. Add the cooked carrot and potato, mixing them into the mixture.
  16. Add red and green bell peppers.
  17. Cover and cook for a few more minutes.
  18. Add red pepper flakes to make it spicy, mix, and cook for a few more minutes.
