Hunter Sauce (Jäger Sauce)

Ingredients
- any amount Mushrooms
- some Bacon
- some Diced onions
- some Chicken broth
- some Red wine
- a little bit Oil
- some Tomato paste
- some Diced fresh garlic
- some Cream
- a tablespoon Worst sauce (Worcestershire sauce)
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- a little bit Salt
- a little bit Black pepper
- some Corn starch

Steps
- Start with some oil and add the bacon and onions to fry.
- Add the mushrooms and let them cook until softened.
- Stir in the tomato paste and allow it to roast a little bit for sweetness.
- Pour in the red wine and bring it to a boil, then simmer until completely evaporated.
- Add the garlic (or leave out if not desired).
- Next, add the cream and the chicken broth.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Season with one tablespoon of worst sauce and two tablespoons of soy sauce.
- Taste the sauce and add salt and black pepper as needed.
- Mix corn starch with cold water in a separate bowl.
- Slowly pour the cornstarch mixture into the simmering sauce while stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
- Bring the sauce back to a boil, allowing it to thicken further. Do not add all of the starch mixture at once.
