- 2 Flake tuna (2 small cans)
- To taste Black pepper
- Equal parts as other vegetables Chopped scallions
- 1 Cucumber diced
- 1 Celery diced
- To taste Red onions finely diced
- To taste Pepper sauce or hot sauce (pimento/seasoning peppers)
- Optional, to bind ingredients Mayonnaise
- A little bit Lemon juice
- 1 Avocado

- In a bowl, combine the two cans of flake tuna with black pepper, chopped scallions, diced cucumber, celery, and finely diced red onions.
- Add the pepper sauce or hot sauce according to your taste.
- If using mayonnaise, add it now to help bring everything together.
- Stir the mixture gently.
- Squeeze a little lemon juice over the tuna mixture to brighten the flavor.
- Cut the avocado in half and scoop out small pieces (cubes) of flesh.
- Gently fold the cubed avocado into the tuna mix, ensuring it is distributed evenly throughout the spread.
