  • 2 Flake tuna (2 small cans)
  • To taste Black pepper
  • Equal parts as other vegetables Chopped scallions
  • 1 Cucumber diced
  • 1 Celery diced
  • To taste Red onions finely diced
  • To taste Pepper sauce or hot sauce (pimento/seasoning peppers)
  • Optional, to bind ingredients Mayonnaise
  • A little bit Lemon juice
  • 1 Avocado

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the two cans of flake tuna with black pepper, chopped scallions, diced cucumber, celery, and finely diced red onions.
  2. Add the pepper sauce or hot sauce according to your taste.
  3. If using mayonnaise, add it now to help bring everything together.
  4. Stir the mixture gently.
  5. Squeeze a little lemon juice over the tuna mixture to brighten the flavor.
  6. Cut the avocado in half and scoop out small pieces (cubes) of flesh.
  7. Gently fold the cubed avocado into the tuna mix, ensuring it is distributed evenly throughout the spread.
