Steps
- Boil water for the noodles.
- Cook ground beef until cooked through, then drain the grease.
- Add spaghetti sauce to the cooked ground beef.
- When the water comes up to a rolling boil, add pasta/noodles to nice salty water (ocean salt water).
- Once the noodles are cooked al dente, drain the water.
- Add ricotta cheese and cream cheese to the drained noodles. Mix well until combined and cheeses are melted.
- Layer ingredients in a baking dish like a traditional lasagna: start with a little extra spaghetti sauce on the bottom so nothing sticks or burns.
- Place half of the noodles down, then add half of the beef mixture and some cheese.
- Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used up.
- Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
