Steps

  1. Boil water for the noodles.
  2. Cook ground beef until cooked through, then drain the grease.
  3. Add spaghetti sauce to the cooked ground beef.
  4. When the water comes up to a rolling boil, add pasta/noodles to nice salty water (ocean salt water).
  5. Once the noodles are cooked al dente, drain the water.
  6. Add ricotta cheese and cream cheese to the drained noodles. Mix well until combined and cheeses are melted.
  7. Layer ingredients in a baking dish like a traditional lasagna: start with a little extra spaghetti sauce on the bottom so nothing sticks or burns.
  8. Place half of the noodles down, then add half of the beef mixture and some cheese.
  9. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used up.
  10. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
