- 12 Chicken drumsticks
- 2 tablespoons Cooking oil (Olive oil)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Paprika

- Place the chicken drumsticks in a mixing bowl.
- Drizzle the cooking oil over the drumsticks and toss to coat all sides.
- Sprinkle the Italian seasoning mix, black pepper, garlic powder, salt, and paprika over the chicken.
- Toss with tongs or hands until the seasonings are evenly distributed on the skin of the drumsticks.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (or run it at this temperature for a couple of minutes if preheating is not available).
- Place the chicken legs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not stacked on top of each other. Cook in batches if necessary.
- Cook at 400°F for 10 minutes.
- Flip the chicken over using tongs and cook for an additional 10 minutes at 400°F.
- Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer; it should be over 165°F (or ideally around 180°F-189°F).
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
