- 9 ounces cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
- half a cup Parmesan cheese

- Add about 1 tablespoon of minced garlic to the pan and stir until fragrant.
- Stir in a 28 ounce can of crushed tomatoes along with half a cup of heavy cream, then bring the mixture up to a simmer.
- Once simmering, add seasonings: about 1 teaspoon of dried basil, half a teaspoon of dried oregano, half a teaspoon of pepper, and a dash of salt.
