- 1 cup Plain vanilla coconut yogurt (unsweetened)
- as desired Banana
- a few Fresh berries (blueberries or strawberries)
- some Almonds
- some Cashew nuts
- some Brazil nuts
- some Pistachios
- some Walnuts
- some Pecans
- some Sunflower seeds
- some Pumpkin seeds
- as desired Dried cranberries
- a drizzle Honey or maple syrup (optional)
- a pinch Cinnamon (optional)

Steps
- Start with about a cup of plain vanilla coconut yogurt.
- Top the yogurt with banana slices.
- Add fresh berries like blueberries or strawberries.
- Mix together almonds, cashew nuts, Brazil nuts, pistachios, walnuts, pecans, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and dried cranberries to create a nut and seed mix.
- Sprinkle about a heaped tablespoon or two of the nut and seed mix on top.
- Add honey or maple syrup for sweetness (optional).
