Creamy Italian Sausage Noki Skillet

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Chicken broth
- 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 pound Hot Italian sausage
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 pound Noki (uncooked)
- To taste Italian seasoning
- Half of a jar Marinara sauce/Spaghetti sauce
- 5 oz container Baby spinach
- A little bit Red pepper flakes

Steps
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet.
- Add 1 pound of hot Italian sausage and cook, crumbling it as you go. Remove from the pan once cooked through.
- Add 4 cloves of garlic to the skillet and sauté briefly.
- Add 1 pound of uncooked noki to the skillet.
- Pour in 1/2 cup of chicken broth and 1 cup of heavy whipping cream into the skillet.
- Stir in Italian seasoning.
- Bring the mixture up to a boil, then reduce heat and cover with a lid. Let it cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add half of a jar of marinara sauce (or spaghetti sauce) to the pan and stir.
- Add the baby spinach to the skillet and let it wilt while allowing the mixture to come back up to temperature.
- Stir in red pepper flakes, if desired.
- Let the dish simmer for about 5 minutes until the spinach is fully wilted.
