Deconstructed Lasagna Soup

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Pasta (Penne Rigate or similar)
- 1 cup Water
- 8 oz can Tomato Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
- Heaping teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- A few shakes Black Pepper
- A pinch Salt
- Handful Frozen Spinach (or fresh)
- Less than half of an onion, minced Onion
- 1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 5 Frozen Meatballs

Steps
- Add the pasta to the slow cooker.
- Pour in the water (twice the amount of pasta).
- Add the whole can of tomato sauce.
- Stir in the minced garlic, Italian seasoning, pepper, and salt.
- Throw in a handful of spinach.
- Add the minced onion.
- Add the ricotta cheese.
- Give the mixture a little stir.
- Add the frozen meatballs (or use meatless meatballs).
- Put the lid on the slow cooker and switch it to low heat for about 3 hours.
