Eternal Bread

Ingredients

  • 300 ml warm water
  • 1 teaspoon dry yeast
  • 50 grams nuts
  • 50 grams pumpkin seeds
  • 50 grams oats
  • 230 grams whole grain flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Steps

  1. Pour 300 ml of warm water into a bowl.
  2. Add one teaspoon of dry yeast and stir until cloudy.
  3. Add 50 grams of nuts, 50 grams of pumpkin seeds, and 50 grams of oats.
  4. Add 230 grams of whole grain flour and a teaspoon of salt.
  5. Mix the water, seeds, and flour by hand until heavy and sticky.
  6. Grease the jar with oil and fill it halfway.
  7. Bake at 200C for 40 to 45 minutes without lids.
  8. Remove the hot jar, cover it with a sterile lid, and screw it on tightly.
  9. Allow the jar to cool and seal it hermetically.
