Ingredients
- 300 ml warm water
- 1 teaspoon dry yeast
- 50 grams nuts
- 50 grams pumpkin seeds
- 50 grams oats
- 230 grams whole grain flour
- 1 teaspoon salt

Steps
- Pour 300 ml of warm water into a bowl.
- Add one teaspoon of dry yeast and stir until cloudy.
- Add 50 grams of nuts, 50 grams of pumpkin seeds, and 50 grams of oats.
- Add 230 grams of whole grain flour and a teaspoon of salt.
- Mix the water, seeds, and flour by hand until heavy and sticky.
- Grease the jar with oil and fill it halfway.
- Bake at 200C for 40 to 45 minutes without lids.
- Remove the hot jar, cover it with a sterile lid, and screw it on tightly.
- Allow the jar to cool and seal it hermetically.
