Garlic Sirloin Skewers

- 2 Sirloin steaks (about 3 lbs)
- a little bit Water
- some Vegetable oil
- 1 whole head, chopped up Garlic
- juice of 1 lime Lime juice
- to taste Coarse grain sea salt

Steps
- Cut the sirloin steaks into large chunks.
- In a bag, combine the chopped sirloin with water and vegetable oil.
- Add the chopped garlic and lime juice to the mixture.
- Squeeze most of the air out of the bag and work the marinade around all sides of the meat.
- Refrigerate the marinated steak for at least 2 hours (or longer).
- Set up a grill with hot coals, using baskets or piles on either side to separate the fire.
- Thread the sirloin chunks onto a rotisserie rod, leaving the fat cap exposed on the outside.
- Season the meat generously with coarse grain sea salt.
- Place the rotisserie in the grill and close the lid.
- Rotate the steak over the hot coals for about 25 minutes, or until it reaches your desired doneness (medium rare to medium).
- Remove the rotisserie from the heat and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
