Steps
- Spray the bottom and sides of a crockpot with non-stick spray.
- Place chicken pieces in the crockpot, staggering them to ensure proper placement. If using larger pieces like thighs, arrange them so they are not touching.
- Dust the chicken with fresh black cracked pepper.
- In a bowl (or directly over the chicken), combine honey, ketchup, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Whisk the ingredients together until well mixed.
