Steps

  1. Spray the bottom and sides of a crockpot with non-stick spray.
  2. Place chicken pieces in the crockpot, staggering them to ensure proper placement. If using larger pieces like thighs, arrange them so they are not touching.
  3. Dust the chicken with fresh black cracked pepper.
  4. In a bowl (or directly over the chicken), combine honey, ketchup, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  5. Whisk the ingredients together until well mixed.
