- 1/2 pound (approx. 250 grams) Chicken pieces
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 4 tablespoons Oil
- 1 tablespoon Kutakota type garlic
- As desired Vegetables (red bell pepper, red onion, green bell pepper, carrot, mushrooms)
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Oregano or Italian seasoning
- 6 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 6 tablespoons Chilli garlic sauce (or ketchup and hot sauce)
- 1 handful Shredded cabbage
- 3 cups Pasta (shell and boat shapes)

Steps
- In a bowl, mix the chopped chicken pieces with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder.
- Heat a pan over medium heat. Add 4 tablespoons of oil and 1 tablespoon of Kutakota type garlic. Lightly sauté until the aroma is absorbed (do not brown).
- Add the marinated chicken to the pan and increase the flame. Fry the chicken well until cooked through.
- Add the chopped vegetables (red bell pepper, red onion, green bell pepper, carrot, mushrooms) to the pan and cook on high flame for two minutes.
- Stir in 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of oregano (or Italian seasoning).
- Add 6 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 6 tablespoons of chilli garlic sauce (or ketchup and hot sauce). Mix well.
- Add the handful of shredded cabbage to the pan and mix.
