- as desired Fish (Lemon Sole, Scallops, Red Mullet, Halibut, Cod)
- as desired Prawn/Shrimp
- sliced Onions
- sliced Peppers
- sliced Tomatoes
- a little bit Chilli
- 1 teaspoon Urucum (or paprika)
- as desired Mussels/Clams
- 2 tins Coconut milk
- to season fish Lemon juice

Steps
- Cut the chosen fish (e.g., Cod, Halibut) and prawns into roughly the same thickness.
- Season the fish with lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then let it rest for around 10 minutes.
- Slice the vegetables (onions, peppers, tomatoes) into thick slices, approximately one centimeter thick.
- Layer the ingredients in a pan: start with onions, followed by peppers and tomatoes. Place the fish on top of these layers.
- Add prawns to the very top layer for presentation.
- Sprinkle chilli over the dish.
- Stir in Urucum (or paprika), mussels/clams, and coconut milk into the pan.
- Cook at a medium temperature with the pan covered for roughly 20 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
