- 1 Roma Tomato

Steps
- Cut the outside skirt steak into bite-sized pieces, trimming them lengthwise.
- Season the meat with OG and WOW! rubs.
- Heat a plancha or griddle over high heat and add cooking oil.
- Place the seasoned fajitas on the hot surface, spreading them out slightly to ensure an even sear.
- Cook the meat until it is nicely browned (medium well or medium rare), ensuring you do not overcook it.
- Add the onions to the plancha where it is hotter and cook for about 30 seconds to a minute until soft.
- Mix in the cooked onions with the fajitas.
- Add the bell peppers and tomato to the pan.
- Stir everything together and continue cooking until all vegetables are tender and well-browned, ensuring you do not overcook them.
- Turn down or turn off the heat completely once the fajitas and vegetables are cooked through.
- Warm tortillas by heating them on the plancha with a little of the oil.
