- 2 packages Pillsbury biscuits (butter tasting)
- 2 lb Cooked breakfast sausage
- 2 bags Four state cheddar cheese
- 18 Eggs
- as needed Whole milk (or heavy cream/half and half)
- to taste Paprika
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- 2 packets Pioneer Country Gate Gravy (or canned sausage gravy)

- Place the Pillsbury biscuits on the bottom of a greased aluminum pan and give them a quick smash to create an even layer.
- Spread the cooked breakfast sausage evenly over the biscuit layer.
- Add the cheese (such as Four State Cheddar) over the sausage.
- In a bowl, crack 18 eggs. Add whole milk (or preferred liquid), paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Whisk all egg ingredients together until well combined.
- Drizzle the egg mixture evenly over the biscuits, sausage, and cheese in the casserole dish.
- Pour the Pioneer Country Gate Gravy (or alternative gravy) over the top of the entire dish.
- Bake at 375°F for approximately 50 to 60 minutes.
