  • 2 large Sweet potatoes
  • 2 pound head Head of cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons Grapeseed oil

Steps

  1. Cut the sweet potatoes into slices about finger width.
  2. In a bowl, combine the sliced sweet potatoes with 2 tablespoons of grapeseed oil, cracked black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Season the chicken legs with Lowry seasoning salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and lemon pepper to taste.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken legs on one side of a baking sheet in a rose pattern.
