Ingredients
- 1/2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 pound Medium ground beef
- small or half a small Chopped onion
- 3 cloves Chopped garlic
- amount needed for topping Yellow cheese
- 1 can Diced tomatoes (undrained)
- 1 cup Milk (2%)
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- about 1/2 to 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1-2 teaspoons Ground black pepper
- 1 cup Frozen peas
- 1 cup Canned corn
- amount needed for topping Cheddar cheese

Steps
- Add oil to a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as you go.
- Push the cooked ground beef to one side of the pan.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic to the pan. Sauté for a few minutes until fragrant.
- Mix all ingredients together in the pan.
- Throw in the yellow cheese over the mixture, followed by the can of diced tomatoes (undrained).
- Pour in the cup of milk and stir everything around.
- Season with Italian seasoning, salt, ground black pepper, and a teaspoon or two of other seasonings.
- Add the frozen peas and canned corn to the pan.
- Carefully mix all ingredients together.
- Cover the pan with a lid and let it simmer for about 10 minutes until the pasta cooks up (Note: The transcript mentions 'pasta' but uses KD/macaroni).
- Remove the lid, stir, and add cheddar cheese over the top.
- Place the lid back on to allow the cheese to melt for a minute or two.
