  • 10 pounds Pork shoulder butt roast
  • To taste Black pepper
  • To taste Sea salt
  • Half of one Medium sweet onion
  • To taste Garlic (minced or powder)
  • A little bit Teriyaki sauce
  • A splash Lime juice (or orange juice)

Steps

  1. Place the pork shoulder in a slow cooker.
  2. Season the pork with black pepper and sea salt to taste.
  3. Add half of a medium sweet onion, garlic (minced or powder), teriyaki sauce, and lime juice (or orange juice) to the slow cooker.
  4. Pour enough water over the ingredients to cover the pork shoulder.
  5. Cook on low for about six hours. After six hours, turn the heat up to high for an additional hour to finish cooking.
  6. Check the pork to ensure it is tender.
