Thai Prawn Garlic

- 10 pieces Prawn
- about half cup Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground pepper
- optional Cilantro

Steps
- Using the back of a knife or cleaver, crush and then chop about half cup of garlic into small pieces.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan over low heat. Add the chopped garlic to the pan.
- Stir constantly on low heat until the garlic turns golden brown. Remove from the stove once it starts turning brown (about 30 seconds).
- Drain the fried garlic and set aside.
- Turn the heat up to high. Add the prawns to the hot oil in the pan and cook them until done.
- Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and ground pepper to the pan with the cooked prawns. Cook for a little while until the sauce is well combined.
- Transfer the cooked prawns and sauce onto a plate. Top with the fried garlic and garnish with cilantro.
