Turkish Flatbread

Ingredients
- 20 oz (570 g) All purpose flour
- 1 3/5 cups (400 ml) Warm water
- 1/2 tsp (3 g) Sugar
- 1 tsp (5 g) Salt
- 3.5 oz (100 g) Butter
- 1/5 cup (50 ml) Vegetable oil

Steps
- Gradually add flour and stir.
- Knead the dough by hand. If the dough is too sticky, add some flour. Continue kneading for a few minutes until the dough is soft and not sticky.
- Cover the dough and leave it to rest for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle the table with flour and divide the dough into 8 equal parts.
- Make balls of dough and cover them so they do not dry out.
- Roll out the dough thinly, making movements from the center to the edges.
- Melt the butter (3.5 oz / 100 g) and add the vegetable oil (1/5 cup / 50 ml). Brush the dough with this mixture.
- Roll the dough into a tube.
- Make a shell shape by pressing with your hands.
- Roll out the bread to a diameter of 9 inches (23 cm).
- Grease a frying pan with oil and add the raw bread.
- Brush the second side of the bread with butter.
- Cook over medium heat until golden brown, about 2 minutes for each flatbread.
