Steps

  1. Melt some butter in a pan.
  2. Add the onion and garlic to the melted butter, cooking until the onion is soft and lightly brown.
  3. Add flour to the mixture and cook until it's lightly browned (creating a roux).
  4. Mix chicken broth and milk together.
  5. Whisk the liquid into the onion-butter mixture.
  6. Stir in dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  7. Turn off the heat and stir in some mozzarella and Parmesan cheese to create the sauce.
  8. Spray a casserole dish with olive oil.
