Air Fryer Crispy Onions with Avocado Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 Onion
  • Drizzle Olive oil
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Red paprika
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Black pepper
  • To taste Dried garlic
  • A mix Favorite seasonings
  • 1 Avocado
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • To taste Italian herbs
  • 1 Red sweet pepper

Steps

  1. Cut the onions into half rings.
  2. Divide the onion with your hands and drizzle with olive oil. Mix it well.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix 2 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of red paprika, salt, black pepper, dried garlic, and a mix of favorite seasonings thoroughly.
  4. Add the flour and spices to the onions and mix it well.
  5. Cover the Air Fryer bowl with parchment. Lay out the coated onions.
  6. Cook in an Air Fryer for 20-25 minutes at 160 °C (320 °F).
  7. While the onions cook, peel and slice the avocado. Chop it with a fork.
  8. In a bowl, mix the chopped avocado with salt and black pepper until well combined.
  9. Add the juice of 1/2 lemon and 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt to the avocado mixture and mix well.
  10. Finely chop the 2 garlic cloves. Add them to the sauce mixture along with Italian herbs and red paprika, mixing well.
  11. Finely chop the 1 red sweet pepper and add it to the sauce.
  12. The delicious avocado sauce is ready.
