- 2 cups Flour
- 2/3 tbsp Salt
- 1/2 tbsp Dried Basil
- 1/3 tbsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tbsp Celery Salt

- 1 tbsp Dry Mustard
- 4 tbsp Paprika
- 2 tbsp Garlic Salt
- 1 tbsp Ground Ginger
- 3 tbsp White Pepper

- Pour 1 cup of buttermilk into a narrow and deep vessel.
- Marinate the chicken in the buttermilk for one hour to overnight.
- In a pie pan or similar bowl, combine 2 cups of flour with all the spices: 2/3 tbsp salt, 1/2 tbsp dried basil, 1/3 tbsp dried oregano, 1 tbsp celery salt, 1 tbsp black pepper, 1 tbsp dry mustard, 4 tbsp paprika, 2 tbsp garlic salt, 1 tbsp ground ginger, and 3 tbsp white pepper.
- Mix the flour and spices thoroughly until no single ingredient is visible.
- Dip each piece of chicken into the seasoned flour mixture seven times to coat it completely.
- Arrange the coated chicken pieces in the air fryer basket with space between them for even circulation.
- Preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees.
- Cook the chicken at 360 degrees for 18 minutes, flipping halfway through for a super crispy edge.
