- 3 Salmon fillets
- as needed Olive oil (for salmon)
- to taste Paprika Slap Your Mama seasoning with complete seasoning mix
- 3-4 tablespoons Olive oil (for pan)
- 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon Minced garlic
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream
- to taste Slap Your Mama seasoning mix (for sauce)
- as needed Dry parsley
- as needed Paprika (for color)
- to taste Lemon juice
- to taste Parmesan cheese (optional)
- as needed Toasted or roasted lemon slices

Steps
- Drizzle olive oil on the salmon fillets and rub it in.
- Mix paprika Slap Your Mama seasoning with complete seasoning, then sprinkle it all over the salmon.
- Heat 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet or frying pan until hot.
- Place the seasoned salmon fillets in the hot oil and cook for about six to eight minutes per side, until golden brown.
- Remove the cooked fish from the pan and set it aside.
- Discard some of the oil used for frying the salmon in the same frying pan.
- Add 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic to the pan. Cook until fragrant.
- Pour in 1/2 cup of heavy cream into the pan.
- Season with more Slap Your Mama seasoning mix, dry parsley, and paprika for color.
- Add lemon juice to bring out the flavor.
