- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add 33 ounces of hot water, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of oil.
- Add 100 ounces of pasta and let it cook for 7 minutes, then turn off the heat and drain the water.
- In a frying pan, add 4 tablespoons of oil, 1 tablespoon of butter, and 2 tablespoons of tomato extract, and stir.
- Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of mild paprika, and 1 teaspoon of parsley, and stir to blend.
- Add 4 eggs and mix until the eggs are hardened.
- Transfer the pasta into the pan and mix lightly.
