  • 33 ounces hot water
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 100 ounces pasta
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons tomato extract
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon mild paprika
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 4 eggs

Steps

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add 33 ounces of hot water, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of oil.
  2. Add 100 ounces of pasta and let it cook for 7 minutes, then turn off the heat and drain the water.
  3. In a frying pan, add 4 tablespoons of oil, 1 tablespoon of butter, and 2 tablespoons of tomato extract, and stir.
  4. Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of mild paprika, and 1 teaspoon of parsley, and stir to blend.
  5. Add 4 eggs and mix until the eggs are hardened.
  6. Transfer the pasta into the pan and mix lightly.
  7. Take a portion and enjoy.
