- 1 piece Ribeye steak
- as needed Bell peppers (sliced thin)
- as needed Onions (sliced thin)
- as needed Shrimp
- 2 pieces Bread rolls
- a little bit Oil

- Cut the ribeye steak into thin pieces.
- Preheat a Blackstone griddle on high heat until it is very hot, allowing the beef fat to melt in there.
- Place the seasoned ribeye steak onto the hot griddle and cook until crispy.
- While the meat cooks, add oil to the griddle (if needed) and sauté the bell peppers and onions over the side of the griddle.
- Once the vegetables are cooked down a little bit, push them to one side of the griddle.
- Add shrimp to the beef fat on the griddle and cook until done.
- Incorporate the cooked vegetables into the mixture with the steak and shrimp.
- Season the entire mixture generously.
- Place the bread rolls on the griddle, open them up slightly, and fill them with the meat, onions, peppers, and shrimp mix.
- Top the filled rolls with cheese (such as provolone or mozzarella) and melt it down until all the cheese is melted together.
