- some Oil
- all that ground meat Ground meat
- a lot of them onions Onions
- some Frozen vegetables (Trinity)
- some good old andou here Andou sausage
- a lot Seasoning
- just a little bit Flour
- a little bit Water
- pretty rice Rice

Steps
- Throw oil in the pan.
- Add ground meat and mix it up down all around until cooked through.
- Add onions, getting that Trinity going on.
- Add frozen vegetables (Trinity).
- Season the meat with a lot of seasoning.
- Cut up the Andou sausage and add it to the pan.
- Let the mixture cook down for a little bit while resting.
- Flip the meat around to ensure even cooking.
- Add more onions, letting them stay a little green if desired for color.
- Cut all ingredients into smaller pieces.
- Throw a little flour on the pan and let it sit for a minute.
- Squirt a little bit of water on the mixture to steam up.
- Start mixing everything together until combined, allowing the flour to brown slightly.
- Add the rice to the pan.
- Mix everything thoroughly so the water picks up all the good flavors from the meat and seasoning.
