  • 300 grams Bacon
  • 300 grams Pasta (e.g., Many pasta)
  • 100 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 3 beaten eggs Eggs
  • a little spoon Salt
  • small spoon Black pepper

Steps

  1. Add the bacon to a pan with olive oil and cook until crispy.
  2. Boil water for the pasta.
  3. While the pasta is cooking, add the three beaten eggs into a tray.
  4. Add the Parmesan cheese and black pepper to the egg mixture.
  5. Mix the egg and cheese thoroughly.
  6. Cook the pasta according to package directions (approximately 7 minutes).
  7. Drain the cooked pasta, reserving some of the cooking water if needed.
  8. Place the hot pasta into the tray with the egg and cheese sauce.
  9. Toss the pasta vigorously so that the heat from the pasta cooks the eggs and creates a creamy sauce.
  10. Add most of the crispy bacon to the pasta mixture.
  11. Top the dish with the remaining crispy bacon and extra Parmesan cheese.
  12. Serve immediately.
