- 2 cans fire roasted diced tomatoes
- 2 cups cheese

- about 1 cup beef stock

Steps
- Heat garlic-infused olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Brown the ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic; cook until softened.
- Season with chili powder, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, and A seasoning; mix well.
- Transfer beef mixture to the Crock-Pot.
- Add fire roasted diced tomatoes (undrained), drained beans, uncooked pasta, and about 1 cup beef stock.
- Stir to combine, put the lid on, and cook on high for 3 hours (or low for 6 hours).
- In the last few minutes, stir in grated cheese until melted and creamy.
- Top with additional shredded cheese and parsley; serve in bowls.
