Crispy Pork and Peanut Noodles

Ingredients

  • As needed for crispy pork Ground pork
  • A little bit Peanut butter
  • A little bit Soy sauce
  • A little bit (adjust to taste) Chili garlic sauce
  • A little bit Ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • A little bit Oil
  • 2 or 3 packets Ramen noodles (without seasoning packet)
  • As needed for garnish and cooking Green onions
  • As needed (use garlic press) Garlic

Steps

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add oil to the skillet.
  3. Add ground pork and cook until crispy, stirring occasionally.
  4. While the pork cooks, boil water in a pot on the stove.
  5. Cook ramen noodles (without seasoning packets) in boiling water for about 3 minutes or until small pieces are formed and slightly crispy.
  6. Drain the cooked noodles.
  7. Add green onions and minced garlic to the skillet with the crispy pork.
  8. Pour in the peanut sauce by combining peanut butter, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, ground ginger, and brown sugar.
  9. Stir in the drained noodles and a little more water into the skillet.
  10. Turn off the heat. Stir in the rest of the green onions, chopped peanuts, and squeeze of lime.
