Crispy Pork and Peanut Noodles

- As needed for crispy pork Ground pork
- A little bit Peanut butter
- A little bit Soy sauce
- A little bit (adjust to taste) Chili garlic sauce
- A little bit Ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- A little bit Oil
- 2 or 3 packets Ramen noodles (without seasoning packet)
- As needed for garnish and cooking Green onions
- As needed (use garlic press) Garlic

Steps
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Add oil to the skillet.
- Add ground pork and cook until crispy, stirring occasionally.
- While the pork cooks, boil water in a pot on the stove.
- Cook ramen noodles (without seasoning packets) in boiling water for about 3 minutes or until small pieces are formed and slightly crispy.
- Drain the cooked noodles.
- Add green onions and minced garlic to the skillet with the crispy pork.
- Pour in the peanut sauce by combining peanut butter, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, ground ginger, and brown sugar.
- Stir in the drained noodles and a little more water into the skillet.
- Turn off the heat. Stir in the rest of the green onions, chopped peanuts, and squeeze of lime.
