Crock Pot Mexican Frijoles

- 1 Dried beans (4 lb bag)
- as needed Aluminum foil
- about 1/2 small onion or 1/4 big onion Salt
- 2-3 Garlic cloves
- to taste Chipotle powder
- to taste Chicken bouillon

Steps
- Inspect the dried beans, removing any bad or rocky ones.
- Place all clean beans into a crock pot.
- Cover the beans with enough water to ensure they are not dry and will not burn.
- Cover the crock pot with aluminum foil.
- Cook on high for about one hour.
- After one hour, stir the beans. If still raw, cook for another hour.
- When almost done cooking, add salt and chicken bouillon to taste.
- Close the lid and check back in 30-45 minutes until ready to serve.
