- As needed Red peppers (or bell peppers)
- 3 cups Parboiled white rice
- 6 cups Water
- As needed Oil
- 2 tablespoons Salt
- As needed Green onions
- As needed Parsley

Steps
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Add oil to a pot over medium heat.
- Brown the seasoned chicken in the oil, along with red peppers (or bell peppers).
- Stir in 3 cups of parboiled white rice.
- Add parsley if available.
- Season with 2 tablespoons of salt and green onions.
- Pour in 6 cups of water and add pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat.
- Simmer for about 20 minutes until the rice is cooked.
