- Add the finely chopped garlic cloves to a bowl with the parsley.
- Add the fresh thyme leaves (about 1 teaspoon) to the bowl.
- Stir in dried oregano, lemon zest, and lemon juice from one whole lemon.
- Pour in 1/3 cup of olive oil into the bowl.
